1. Choose the Vehicle
Please browse through our vehicle stock, if you like any vehicle, we will assign you a dedicated car export sales staff, If you agree with the CIF price, request for Proforma Invoice (P/I). Proforma Invoice is official document inviting you to proceed with the purchase. Upon issuance of Proforma invoice, vehicle will be placed on hold till the due date mentioned.
2. Receive Official Proforma Invoice
Once you receive Invoice, check your details and advise if any corrections are needed. Vehicle complete details with Price breakdown and our Company official details will be all printed on invoice. For your payment, our Bank Account details are mentioned on invoice.
3. Proceed with Payments
You can proceed with payments; account details will be printed on the invoice. Once funds are transferred, please email or fax us with TT Copy / Payment proof. Upon permit, we will reply to you confirming the receipt of payment.
4. Payment Confirmation and Shipment Booking
Upon receipt of funds in our account, an Official Commercial Invoice will be emailed confirming payment has received well. We will then confirm the shipment. Booking confirmation with Vessel details, ETA and EDD will be emailed to preplan yourself. If your country requires inspection, we will proceed with inspection.
5. Vehicle Shipping Process
Two days prior to vessel departure, vehicle will be packed in container / RORO Vessel. Once vessel sails our shores, a Confirmatory Email will be sent to you confirming vehicle has departed well and is on the way to you.
6. Vehicle Documents
We will prepare and arrange vehicle documents for you. Documents will have Original Bill of Ladings, Official Vehicle’s Registration Certificate, Original Commercial/ Sales Invoice and if your country requires Inspection Certificate will be sent. If you require any additional documents, kindly let us know in advance so we can prepare same.

7. Courier documents and Telex Release
Shipping company will send us Original Bill of Ladings in 3 to 4 days after the ship’s departure. We will email you scan copy of all documents for reference. Originals will then be couriered using first class courier service. Our office will email you with track and trace number of parcel for easy online tracking.
Telex Release: In addition to these services, we are pleased to provide you with the option of a Telex Release. The Telex Release is a safe and efficient electronic release of the Bill of Lading that eliminates the need for physical papers and speeds up customs processing.
8. Clearing Vehicle / Delivery
If you have opted for land transport services or using our clearing agents, our nominated agents will contact you to inform vehicle delivery and arrival. They will keep in touch with you all the way, their details will be mentioned on shipping documents for your reference.
Please register by filling information in the member Registration Form and then submit it.
After decide to start bidding on vehicles from the auction, we ask you to pay for it. The payment is JPY 100,000- per car.
If car price would be under JPY 1,000,000-, the deposit is JPY 100,000.
If car price would be JPY 1,010,000~1,500,000-, the deposit is JPY 200,000.
If car price would be JPY 1,510,000~2,000,000-, the deposit is JPY 300,000.
If car price would be above JPY 2,010,000-, the deposit is JPY 500,000.
This deposit is refundable anytime before the bidding is succeeded.
*Bank charges on both side will be deducted.
Note : To buy from any vehicle from auction, please send deposit US$1000.- before any bidding.
Make a bid after selecting the desired vehicle from the stock and submit bid of that vehicle. If the bidding is accepted, we will send you the invoice. If the bidding is not accepted, you can get your deposit back or use it for the next bidding.
After receiving the invoice please transfer full balance within two days or if you want to use your deposit for the next bidding, Please transfer the invoice value.
We will arrange the shipment on the earliest schedule.
